Event Attendance folder

The following Metrics, facts and attributes are found in the Event Attendance folder in the Data Catalogue:

Applied	Fact	Number of users that applied for an event
Applied vs Available Event Seats (%)	Metric	The number of users that applied to attend the event, divided by the number of available seats at the event.
Approved	Fact	Users that were allowed to attend an event.
Approving Creator Name	Attribute	Name of the event creator, assigned as an approver for the event. Only applicable if the "Event creator" option has been selected, in the "Applicant approval" section when creating the event.
Approving Manager Name	Attribute	Name of a manager, assigned as an approver for the event. Only applicable if the "Manager sign off" option has been selected, in the "Applicant approval" section when creating the event.
Approving Specified User Name	Attribute	Name of a specific user, assigned as an approver for the event. Only applicable if the "Specified user sign off" option has been selected, in the "Applicant approval" section when creating the event.
Attended	Fact	Users that attended the event
Attended vs Approved Event Seats (%)	Metric	Users that attended divided by the users that were approved to attend the event displayed as a percentage.
Avg Number of Users Applied to Event	Metric	The average number of users that applied to attend the event.
Creator Approval Status	Attribute	The approval status applied to each user by the event creator. The following statuses are available: Approved: The user is approved to attend the event. Declined: The user is not approved to attend the event. N/A: Neither "Approved" or "Declined" is not selected.
Event Attendance (%)	Metric	The number of users that attended the event, divided by the number of available seats at the event.
Manager Approval Status	Attribute	The approval status applied to each user by a manager. The following statuses are available: Approved: The user is approved to attend the event. Declined: The user is not approved to attend the event. N/A: Neither "Approved" or "Declined" is selected.
Non-attendance Event Cost	Metric	The total cost incurred by empty seats at the event.
Number of Applied Event Users	Metric	The number of users that applied to attend an event.
Number of Users Approved	Metric	The total number of users that were approved to attend the event.
Number of Users Attended	Metric	The total number of users that attended the event.
Prerequisite Learning Completed	Attribute	Whether the required learning plan was completed by the user before the event started.
Specified User Approval Status	Attribute	The approval status applied to each user by a specified user. The following statuses are available: Approved: The user is approved to attend the event. Declined: The user is not approved to attend the event. N/A: Neither "Approved" or "Declined" is selected.
