AI readiness checklist: making your articles AI-friendly
When preparing new articles and auditing and editing existing legacy articles for use with Fuse’s Ask AI feature, please refer to the following checklist so that you get the best AI-generated answers from them.
- Ensure that each paragraph is over 100 characters in length. Anything under 100 won't be picked up Fuse’s AI chunking process.
- Ensure that you proofread the article and ensure it is accurate - this includes checking that spelling and grammar is correct.
It is highly recommended that you download or share these individual checklists with others in your organisation who are responsible for creating, auditing and updating content in the communities you have chosen to use with Fuse’s Ask AI feature to ensure they format the content correctly and therefore get the best results.
