AI readiness checklist: things to avoid
When preparing new content and auditing and editing existing content for use with Fuse’s Ask AI feature, please refer to the following list of things to avoid so that you get the best AI-generated answers from them.
To ensure Fuse’s Ask AI feature returns high-quality results, avoid the following:
Skipping heading levels (e.g. Heading 1 straight to Heading 3)
Overusing manual formatting (e.g. bold text to simulate a heading)
Using Print to PDF tools, these strip all the metadata needed to give context to tools.
Using scanned documents without Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Embedding text in images
Applying password protection to files
It is highly recommended that you download or share these individual checklists with others in your organisation who are responsible for creating, auditing and updating content in the communities you have chosen to use with Fuse’s Ask AI feature to ensure they format the content correctly and therefore get the best results.
