Fuse integrates AI across the platform to help users find knowledge faster, learn more effectively, and access content in their preferred language. This page provides an overview of the AI-powered features available in Fuse.

Lyra AI Coach

Lyra is Fuse's AI coaching feature. It allows your organisation to deploy AI-powered coaches — conversational agents that support employees across learning, onboarding, performance, and knowledge retrieval use cases. Each coach has its own persona, knowledge base, and scope, and draws on content you provide to give grounded, contextual responses rather than generic AI answers.

Lyra coaches can be configured for a wide range of purposes, from helping new joiners navigate their first 90 days to enabling sales reps to practise discovery calls against your own playbooks.

Fuse uses AI to enhance search across the platform. When a user searches for content, AI Answers provides a synthesised, natural-language response drawn from relevant content in the platform — surfacing the key information without requiring the user to open and read multiple items.

AI Answers works alongside traditional search results, so users still see the full list of matching content and can navigate to specific items. The AI-generated answer appears at the top of the search results, giving users an immediate, contextual summary based on the content available to them.

AI Answers respects your existing Fuse permissions model. Users will only see answers derived from content they have access to.

Content translation

Fuse offers AI-powered content translation, allowing users to translate content into their preferred language directly from the content page. When viewing an item of content, users can click the Translate button to generate a translation using AI-powered translation services.

This enables organisations operating across multiple languages and regions to make content accessible to a broader audience without manually creating translated versions of every item.

The Translate button is available on all content pages. This button will translate the content title, description and article body text.
