What is Lyra?

Lyra is Fuse's AI coaching feature. It allows your organisation to deploy AI-powered coaches, conversational agents that support employees across learning, onboarding, performance, and knowledge retrieval use cases.

Each coach has its own persona, knowledge base, and scope. You can create multiple coaches for different purposes. For example, a compliance coach, an onboarding coach for new joiners, or a sales coaching agent that helps reps practise discovery calls. Coaches draw on the content and documents you provide to give grounded, contextual responses rather than generic AI answers.

Lyra is accessed by end users through the Fuse platform. As an admin, you configure coaches, manage their knowledge bases, and control which users have access to which coaches.
