How can my organisation enable biometric login for all users?

Biometric login is an optional feature. To enable it for your organisation, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or raise a customer support ticket.

If you already have biometric login enabled for the Fuse 4 mobile app at your organisation and you would like to disable it for all users, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) and they will have it deactivated.

You cannot deactivate or enforce biometric login for individual users in your organisation. If you choose to disable biometric login, it is disabled across your organisation.
