If a user is encountering issues using biometric login on the Fuse 4 mobile app:

Check that the user’s device supports biometrics - devices that don’t come with biometric capabilities, such as FaceID, cannot make use of the biometrics login feature.

Check with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) that the feature has been enabled for your organisation.

Check that the Fuse 4 mobile app has the necessary permissions and that the device’s biometric system is functioning correctly.
