If the user fails to complete a recurrent learning plan by the set deadline, the user automatically becomes overdue. If the overdue user completes the learning plan after the original deadline date, their next deadline will be based on this date and not the original deadline.
Example: A recurrent learning plan resets once per year and the user’s deadline is 20th January 2022. The user misses this deadline and becomes overdue. The user then completes the learning plan 5 days later, on the 25th January 2022. This means the user’s next deadline will be the 25th January 2023.
