Downloading a learning plan

If you are using the Fuse mobile app , you can download a learning plan to view offline. 

Notes:

  • SCORM courses and links are not available for download as part of a learning plan.

  • Downloaded learning plans can only be viewed in the Fuse mobile app. They are not stored on the mobile device itself. This means if users leave an organisation and they are deactivated, they cannot access learning plans they have downloaded.

To download a learning plan:

  1. Open the Fuse mobile app.

  2. Tap the Learning plans icon.

  3. Tap the learning plan tile.

  4. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap the Download icon.

  5. In the Download window, tap Download. 
    The modules in the learning plan download.

If a learning plan has been downloaded, the Downloaded icon is present on the tile. To open a downloaded learning plan, tap the tile as usual.

Removing a downloaded learning plan

To remove a downloaded learning plan: 

  1. Tap the learning plan tile. 

  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, tap the Downloaded icon.

  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Remove downloaded content.
    The downloaded learning plan is removed.
