Can I add SCORM courses to public communities?

It is possible to add SCORM courses to public communities in Fuse, however, it is not recommended. This is because SCORM courses cannot be accessed by users with anonymous access, which is available when using the public community type. A SCORM course requires user-specific information from an LMS when launching, which means users will be asked to log in when accessing it. By logging in, the course can launch and track user completion successfully. It is recommended that you add SCORM courses to open, protected and private communities only.

If you wish to track completion of content for onboarding, we recommend you create user profiles, and add SCORM courses to an open, protected or private community. Please speak to your CSC or Solution Architect for more advice.
