What happens to users on a waitlist if the event capacity changes?

• If the waitlist is populated  automatically, users at the top of the Waitlist are automatically moved to the Attendees list. 
• If the waitlist is manually populated by the event admin, nothing will change and the admin must move selected people from Waitlist to the Attendees list.

If the event capacity decreases, the following can occur: 

• Users that are currently on the waitlist for the event will be unaffected and will not be moved to the Attendees list, as there will be no free spaces.
• The Attendees list remains unchanged and the event becomes overbooked. For example, the event has a total of 2 spaces with 2 users in the Attendees list and the total number of spaces is then decreased to 1. 

If an event is at maximum capacity, an admin can add more people add users and increase spaces by required number at the same time.
