Reports in the One-to-Ones tab

You can download data related to one-to-ones from the One-to-Ones tab, in the form of reports

The following reports can be downloaded:

One-to-Ones report

Contains a list of one-to-one sessions in the Fuse instance, including the status of the each one-to-one session, the details of the user being coached in the one-to-one, the ID of the user's manager, the number of tasks set, and the number of tasks completed. 


This includes the following information: 

Header

Description

Session Id

The unique identifier of the one-to-one session. 

Session status

The status of the one-to-one session. 

User Id

The unique identifier of the user being coached in the one-to-one.

User Name

The name of the user being coached in the one-to-one.

User E-mail

The email address associated with the account of the user being coached in the one-to-one.

Coaching/Obs. Manager Id

The unique identifier of the user's manager. A user can only start a one-to-one with their manager / a manager can only start a one-to-one session with users who are their reportees.

Is Current Manager

Is the manager listed in the Coaching/Obs. Manager Id  column, currently the user's manager? 

The following can be displayed:

  • Yes

  • No

Date (Start)

The start date of the one-to-one session. For example, 09/04/2020.

Date (End)

The end date of the one-to-one session. For example, 09/04/2020.

# of Tasks

The number of tasks assigned in the one-to-one session.

#Tasks in progress

The number of tasks assigned in the one-to-one session, that are currently in progress. 

# Tasks completed

The number of tasks assigned in the one-to-one session, that have been completed. 

One-to-One Objectives report

Contains a list of one-to-one objectives created in during one-to-one sessions. This includes the details of the one-to-one session in which the objective was created, such as the session ID, session status, the manager's name and ID, and the reportee's name and ID. 

This includes the following information: 

Header

Description

Session ID

The unique identifier of the one-to-one session. 

Session status

The status of the one-to-one session. 

Manager Id

The unique identifier of the user's manager. A user can only start a one-to-one with their manager / a manager can only start a one-to-one session with users who are their reportees.

Manager Name

The name of the manager who is coaching their reportee in the one-to-one. 

User Id

The unique identifier of the user (reportee) being coached in the one-to-one.

User Name

The name of the user (reportee) being coached in the one-to-one.

Objective Name

The name of the objective created in the one-to-one. For example, Ensure you fully understand the information in the Fire Safety handbook. During a one-to-one session, an overarching objective might be created, to which smaller tasks can be added.

Objective Status

The status of the objective.

Date (Start Date)

The start date of the one-to-one session. For example, 09/04/2020.

Date (End Date)

The end date of the one-to-one session. For example, 09/04/2020.

# of Tasks

The number of tasks assigned in the one-to-one session.

# Tasks completed

The number of tasks assigned in the one-to-one session, that have been completed. 

#Tasks in progress

The number of tasks assigned in the one-to-one session, that are currently in progress.
