One-to-Ones section

The One-to-Ones section in the One-to-Ones tab, shows insights related to the number of users being coached in one-to-one sessions, the number of completed sessions, and how many managers are observing their entire team using one-to-one sessions.

This section also gives you the percentage of users who have not been assigned a manager. Users must be assigned a manger, to participate in one-to-ones.

The following insights are shown:

Insight	Description
Users coached	The number of users who have been coached via a one-to-one session, based on filters selected in the Filter By section. In the example below, only 12.6% of users have been coached in one-to-ones over the defined period.
Sessions Completed	The number of one-to-one sessions users have completed, based on filtered selected in the Filter By section. In the example below all of the one-to-one sessions started in the defined period, have been completed. A one-to-one session is considered complete once all goals are marked as done/checked off the list.
Managers Who Have Coached Entire Team	The number of managers who have coached their entire team of reportees via one-to-one sessions, based on filters selected in the Filter By section. In the example below, only 3.2% of managers have coached their entire team. A manager might have 10 users reporting to them but has only conducted one-to-one sessions with 5 of them. If a manager has not coached all reportees, it is not counted.
Not Assigned a Manager	The percentage of users who have not been assigned a manager. One-to-one sessions can only be initiated by either a reportee or their manager. Users must be assigned a manger, to be able to participate in one-to-one sessions. One-to-one sessions can only be initiated by either a reportee or their manager. In the example below, 54.4% of users have not been assigned a manager. This shows that just over half of all users are unable to participate in one-to-one sessions. Fuse admins can assign a manager to a user, in the user's Editing your profile screen.
Coached Users Over Time	A bar chart showing the number of users that received coaching, by taking part in at least one one-to-one session by month, over the last 6 months. The DATE filter in the Filter By section is disabled for this chart. This chart is fixed to show data from the past 6 months. This cannot be be changed. In the example below, the month with the highest number of users being coached in one-to-ones is July, with 83 users. Hover over each bar in the chart to view the details. In the example below, 83 users were coached via one-to-one sessions in July.
