News feed in Fuse Flow for Microsoft Teams

This feature is currently in Beta and may be subject to change. This documentation is for customers who are currently part of the pilot.

The News Feed tab in Fuse Flow for Microsoft Teams provides you with a simple feed of content from communities you belong to, divided into recommended and recently added content. You can effortlessly keep up to date with the latest and most recommended Fuse content whilst working in Microsoft Teams. Clicking a content tile takes you directly to that item in Fuse, where it can be viewed in full.

Items of content in the Recommended and Most Recent tabs are ranked in that same way as in the Feed widget, which means:

• The Most recent tab ranks content based on when it was posted to Fuse, with the most recently posted content appearing at the top of the feed.

• The Recommended tab shows content from communities you belong to, ranked based on the number of likes, views, shares and comments received, with the most popular content at the top of the feed.

To ensure you can see the content item, you must be signed in to Fuse.
