Can I watch videos directly in the Evidence Portfolio tab?

Videos are not playable in the Evidence Portfolio tab. To view a video that has been uploaded to a user's evidence portfolio, you must downloaded it to your computer. Clicking on a video in a user’s evidence portfolio results in a ‘File does not exist or has been deleted’ message.

To download a video, click the Download icon to the right of the video:
