What happens if users are removed from a recurrent learning plan?

Completed users

If a user has already completed the recurrent learning plan:

• All of the user’s previous completion records are retained in reports and on their profile

• The user no longer receives notifications for the learning plan, as they are longer required to retake it in future

Incomplete users

If a user has not started or completed the recurrent learning plan, it will no longer be available to them

It is important to note that users can be dynamically assigned and unassigned from learning plans by audience.
