The AI Coach feature is currently in beta and may be subject to change.
You can create and configure AI coaches in the AI Coach management screen in the Admin panel.
To be able to access the AI Coach management screen, where you can create, configure and edit AI coaches, you must be a full site admin or a member of an admin group with the correct permission assigned. For more information on how to grant the ability to create and edit an AI coach, see Granting and revoking access to the AI Coach management screen.
To create and configure an AI coach, you must do the following:

Create the coach: Create the coach, including giving it a name, description and purpose, as well as set other default behavioural and policy settings.

Add some communities with relevant content to the coach: Select the communities which contain the content that the AI coach will reference and use as a source for the answers and responses it gives to users.

Preview the coach: Once you have saved your settings and added communities with relevant content, you can test it out in the Preview tab to make sure your coach works as intended before making it available to users. You can adjust the settings until the preview matches your expectations and it is ready to push to users on the platform.

Grant access to the coach: Select one or more communities whose members will be able to access the coach on the side navigation in the platform and interact with it.
