To add a user to Universal Analytics who is not currently a site admin or part of an admin group, do one of the following:
- Grant the user site admin permissions, by selecting the Admin option in the Permissions section of the user's Personal Settings screen. This changes the user from being an ordinary user to a Fuse admin.
- Add the user to an admin group with the Analytics and Manage reports permissions selected.
You must then raise a request in the customer support portal. The Support team will assist in granting access to Universal Analytics.
