If you are a manager, you can sign off or reopen your reportee's answers to questions in comprehension assessments .
To do this:

In the user's Evidence Portfolio , click the Comprehension questions button.

Click on a comprehension question in the list.
A screen appears displaying the user's answer to the question.

Underneath the answer, click one of the following:

Sign off: The answer is marked as being correct.

Reopen: The answer is marked as incorrect, after which the comprehension question is reopened so that the user can try answering it again. If the answer is reopened, the user receives a notification and email informing them.
