Can I change/override the status for a user who has completed a SCORM course?

When importing SCORM completion data, you cannot: 

• Change a user's 'completed' / 'passed' status to 'incomplete' / 'failed'. Once a user has been marked as 'completed' or 'passed', it cannot be reversed. 
  
  
• Change a user's status from 'passed' to 'completed' or from 'completed' to 'passed'. If you attempt to do this, a new completion attempt for the user is created.
