Future events section

The Future events section in the Events tab, shows a list of events due to take place in the next twelve months, as well as the attendance for all future occurrences of events within the next month. 

The following insights are shown:

Insight

Description

Events Scheduled

The number of scheduled events in the next 12 months, based in filters selected in the Filter By section.

Seats Remaining

The number of empty seats in events from across the Fuse instance, based in filters selected in the Filter By section. 

Users approved

The number of users who have been approved to attend events across the Fuse instance, based on filters selected in the Filter By section.

Event creators can set it so that users must be approved to join an event, in the Approve applicant section of the Creating a new event screen.

The following user types can approve a user to attend an event: 

  • Event creator: The user who created the event must approve the applicant.

  • Manager: The user's manager must approve the applicant.

  • Specified user: A specified user on the company instance must approve the applicant.

Next Month's Events

A table showing a list of events that will take place next month. 

The following information is displayed for each event on the table:

  • Event: The name of the event. For example, Fire Safety Training Day.

  • Location: The location of the event. This could be a physical location such as a street address, or a link to a virtual meeting room, such as a Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

  • Date (Start Date): The date the event will take place, for example 09/01/2020

  • Subscription: The subscription percentage (applied/seats)*100%.
