What happens to a user's recurrent learning plan completions if they are deactivated and then reactivated again?

If a user is deactivated, they are automatically removed from communities they belong to, which means if they are reactivated again, they are no longer members of those communities, and by extension, they no longer have access to any learning plans associated with them. However, if the user is added back to the communities upon reactivation, either manually or by being part of an audience, the user will get a notification stating that they have access to each learning plan again, and their previous completion status is added back. So, if the user has previous completions for a recurrent learning plan, or they are incomplete or overdue, it will apply to the user and the original deadline remains unless the learning plan is altered.
