Fuse Flow browser extension

The Fuse Flow browser extension is able to understand the context of the web page you are currently viewing and recommends contextually relevant content and communities from your organisation's Fuse platform, allowing you to access knowledge in the flow of work, where you need it, even when you aren’t directly in the platform.

Example: You might be viewing a browser-based application that is relevant to health and safety. If you click the Fuse Flow icon in the browser, Fuse Flow automatically searches for and returns a list of content from your Fuse platform related to this.

You can also search for a keyword or phrase, or you can ask a question. If you ask a question, an AI-generated answer is provided at the top of the search results based on available content if applicable, in the same way as the AI Answers feature in the platform’s main search. When you have found the item you are looking for, you can click on it to view it directly on your platform, or if you have retrieved an AI-generated answer at the top of the search results, you can click on one of the items of source content quoted underneath it, and you will be taken to it in the platform.

Fuse Flow only reads the title of the current tab and the page URL. This is so that it can return relevant Fuse content. Flow Flow does not read information within the page or any other personal data.
