Submitting a feature request in Fuse Assistant

You can submit ideas for features you’d like added to the platform, or improvements you’d like made to existing features, using the Fuse Assistant.

There are two ways to do this:

  • Fill out a request form in the Fuse Assistant

  • Go to the product feedback portal and fill out a request form

You can also vote on other people’s requests in the portal. For information on how to do that, see Voting on requests in the feedback portal.

Submitting a request directly in the Fuse Assistant

To submit a request directly in the Fuse Assistant:

  1. Go to your organisation’s Fuse platform, and in the bottom-right corner of the screen, click the Fuse Assistant icon.

  2. In the menu, click Share Your Feedback.

    The feedback form loads.

  3. In the form, enter the details for your request, including:

    • Idea name: when entering a name for your request, the assistant brings up matching requests that may be the same or similar to yours that have been submitted by other users. If one of these suggestions matches your request exactly, you can click the I want this! button instead to select it:

    • Your name, organisation, and email address:

    • What you would like to be able to do in the Fuse product in the future, e.g., this could be a suggestion for a new feature or improvements to an existing one, as well as how it benefits you:

    • Give it a rating from 1 to 10 so that we know how important or useful it is (1 is nice to have, and 10 is critical to your continued use of Fuse):

    • (Optional) You can attach any files so that we have more context, e.g., images. Giving us context on what you trying to achieve with your request helps us better understand the outcomes you want to get to, and the impact this idea would have for you, your users and your entire organisation:

  4. Click Submit request.

Submitting a request in the product feedback portal
