Resetting SCORM progress
You can reset your progress on a SCORM course you are currently taking, and if you are the site admin or the owner of the SCORM course, you can also reset the progress of all assigned users via the dropdown menu on the landing page for the SCORM course.
Example: You might reset the progress of a SCORM course if you or the assigned users have become stuck on a blank page within the course or there are issues related to the recording of completions.
When progress is reset, if the course exists in multiple different communities and learning plans, the progress only resets for the SCORM course in the community and learning plan where you have reset it. The progress for users assigned via other communities and learning plans is unaffected.
Resetting your own progress on a SCORM course
You can reset your own progress for a SCORM course that you are currently taking using the Reset course for me option in the dropdown menu on the landing page of the SCORM course.
Resetting progress for all users assigned to a SCORM course
If you are a site admin or the content owner, you can reset the progress of all users assigned to a particular SCORM course at the same time using the Reset course for all users option in the dropdown menu on the landing page for a SCORM course. If you are an admin or the content owner, you can use this option to reset the progress of all users on a particular SCORM course.
