Am I notified if someone engages with my request?

You will receive an email notifying you that the status of your request has been changed or if someone has added a comment to your request, however, you will not be notified when one of your requests has been voted on.

If you do not wish to receive emails:

1. Click on your profile in the product feedback portal.

   

2. Deselect the appropriate settings in the Email settings section.

   

3. Click Save Changes to saving the settings.
