Your user profile

The My profile screen contains your Fuse account details, as configured during on-boarding, as well as a selection of tabs with information related to your Fuse participation history.

To access the My profile screen, from the Fuse homepage, either:

  • Expand the Sidebar and click My content.

  • On the top-right of the page, click your user profile picture.

Edit profile

The Edit profile button allows users to update profile details as configured during on-boarding.

You can also edit your profile by clicking Settings on the sidebar

Standard tabs

The table below lists the standard non-customisable tabs available on the My profile screen.

Content

A list of content the user has uploaded to Fuse.

Activity

Content the user has viewed, commented on, shared, or liked.

Events

A list of events the user has attended or is scheduled to attend.

To view a specific event, click the View event button to the right of the event.

To export the list of events as a CSV file, click the Export events button. 

You can switch between current and past events by selecting Attended or Attending on the filter above the list of events. 


Courses

A list of learning plans that a user is currently assigned to and SCORM courses the user has been assigned to.

You can switch between complete and incomplete learning plans/SCORM courses by selecting Complete or Incomplete on the filter above the list. When viewing this page, you will only see learning plans that user is currently assigned to. Any learning plans the user has completed in the past but that are no longer assigned are not displayed. 

 

Certificates

A list of certificates awarded to the user upon completing a SCORM course.

Export

Export a CSV file containing information about courses, content, and events the user has interacted with.

 The following information can be exported:

  • Courses: A list of courses the user has taken, including the course name, type, score, and the most recent completion date.

  • Content: A list of content created by the user, including the content type, creation date, and the number of views, likes and shares the content has received. 

  • Content views: A list of content the user has viewed, including the view ID, the community in which the content exists, content name, content ID, view time, video duration (for video only), and amount watched (for video only). 

  • Events: A list of events the user has attended, included the time/date the event began, time/date the event finished, location, event code, and whether or not the user completed the required prerequisite learning.

To export a CSV file, click the links and the CSV file will download to your computer. 

My Goals

Goals set by line manager through Fuse one-to-one functionality.

Communities

A list of communities the user is a member of.

To switch community notifications on and off, click the Notifications button, to the right of the community. 

To leave a community, click the Leave community button, to the right of the community.


Evidence Portfolio

The user's evidence portfolio. An evidence portfolio is a space on a user's profile where they can upload content to share with their manager.  

Observations

Displays a list of results from observations the user has participated in.
