Why don't hyperlinks work in PDFs?

Currently, hyperlinks within a PDF are not clickable when viewing the PDF in the new document viewer

To be able to click hyperlinks within PDFs, try one of the following workarounds:

  • Download the PDF from Fuse: If the ability to download the PDF from Fuse has been enabled by the owner, you can download it and click the hyperlinks in the PDF locally on your computer.

  • Transfer the content to a Fuse article: If you are the content owner, you can copy the content from the PDF to an article and post it to Fuse, after which, the hyperlinks will be clickable.

For information on how to create an article, see Creating an article, question or external link.
